At Blockfy UK, we want you to love every piece you build with us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights under UK consumer law.

🔁 Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging (including all parts and manuals, if applicable).

Please contact us at support@blockfy.uk before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

🧱 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@blockfy.uk with your order number and photos of the item.

🚚 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned to us.

⚠️ Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Customised or personalised products

• Opened kits or partially used sets

🕓 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider (Stripe/PayPal).
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@blockfy.uk.
